for Reinette for her birthday

For the many Reinettes the Doctor knows, happy birthday to them.

A silver package, wrapped very neatly (and most likely not wrapped by the Doctor).

For canonical Reinette, left inside her dressing chamber at Versailles.

A very simple but pretty (in the Doctor's opinion) hairclip. It has the added benefit of being a biodamper to help keep the Clockwork men out of her head, or so he hopes.
There is a note:
Happy birthday, Reinette. I'll keep you safe.
The Doctor

For relativespace Reinette, the gift is left inside of their bedroom, on her nightstand.

A 1920's style handbag. Also? Larger on the inside!
There is a note:
Happy birthday, Reinette. I'd say you were as beautiful as you were when I first met you, but you were really much too young for me back then. I'll instead say, you're beautiful now. Time can't change that.
Love,
Me.

For realityshifted Reinette, the gift is left on the Plane with isomorphic locks to keep any prying eyes away.

There is a note:
Happy birthday! There's no reason why you shouldn't be able to ride around in these while you're about on the Plane. Make the ones who chase you run harder!
Cheers!
The Doctor (The Proper one!)

For any modern version of Reinette, this gift is sent by courier.

A deed to this art museum.

There is a note:
Happy birthday, Reinette. Fill this building with beautiful things.
Love,
-D
